1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Coyrt ("we", "us") covering your use of our website, gym directory and related services. By browsing Coyrt, creating an account or submitting a gym listing, you accept these Terms.
2. What we do
Coyrt is a directory. We help people discover gyms, studios and training spaces, and we help gym owners present their business. We are not a gym, we do not sell memberships and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a gym.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Individual accounts are for personal use; business accounts are for owners and managers who represent a real gym.
4. Listings and content
Gym listings are submitted by owners or built from publicly available information. Listings stay published indefinitely — they do not expire. If you submit a listing, you confirm you may publish the information and imagery you upload, and you grant us a licence to display it on Coyrt. We may review, edit or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful or misleading.
5. Reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We remove reviews that are abusive, incentivised or written by someone connected to the business. Ratings imported from third-party sources are shown as such.
6. Paid placement
Owners can pay to have a listing recommended in search results and on the homepage. Recommended placement is clearly labelled, is billed for the period selected at checkout and does not influence reviews or ratings. A free listing is never removed when a paid placement ends.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or bulk-copy our data, attempt to break our security, impersonate another business, or use Coyrt for unlawful purposes.
8. Third-party information
Map data, place details, ratings and reviews may come from third parties such as Google. We show that information in good faith but cannot guarantee it is complete or current.
9. Liability
Coyrt is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything that happens between you and a gym you found here.
