1. Who we are
Coyrt operates a global directory of gyms and training spaces. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have.
2. Data we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, username, account type and, for business accounts, your gym details); content you create (listings, photos, reviews, saved gyms and comparisons); and technical data collected automatically (approximate location from your IP address, precise location only if you grant permission, device and browser information, and pages viewed).
3. How we use it
To run the directory: show gyms near you, translate content into your language, display prices in your currency, keep listings accurate, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and — for gym owners — send service emails about your listing, including reminders that you can promote it.
4. Location
Approximate location is derived from your IP address so results are relevant on your first visit. Precise GPS location is only used after you accept your browser's permission prompt, and it is kept for the current session only. You can decline or revoke it at any time in your browser settings.
5. Email
Account and service emails are essential to using Coyrt. Promotional reminders to feature a listing include an unsubscribe link in every message; unsubscribing stops those reminders permanently while essential account emails continue.
6. Sharing
We share data with the service providers who run the platform for us — hosting, database and email delivery, maps and place data, and AI services used for search and translation. We do not sell your personal data.
7. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved gyms and reviews; listings you published may remain in the directory as business information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. You can delete your account from your dashboard at any time.
